Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., while check-out is required by 10:00 a.m.
If your arrival is scheduled after 7:00 p.m., or on a Sunday or public holiday, you can still access the property through self check-in.
To arrange this your self-check in carefully, we kindly ask you to send us the following at least 48 hours before arrival:
If we are unable to receive this information within the required time, we kindly ask you to organise your arrival within the in-person check-in hours, available from Monday to Saturday by 7:00 p.m.
In-person check-in is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
Please also remember that, pursuant to art. 109 of the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Security (T.U.L.P.S.), we may host only people with a valid identity card or passport. For this reason, all guests must be identified before entry, both in the case of in-person check-in and self check-in.
If you expect to arrive close to the end of check-in hours, we recommend requesting self check-in in advance, so that any delays or unexpected events can be handled with greater peace of mind.
Upon request and subject to availability, luggage storage is available free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.

Before leaving the apartment, we kindly ask you to:
The QR code, access codes and any other access method are strictly personal and may not be shared with third parties. It is not permitted to let in or host overnight people other than those communicated and duly registered.
For safety reasons and in compliance with current regulations, overnight stays by unregistered persons are not allowed.
When you leave, please remember to check that the automatic external door is properly closed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Guests must respect quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, including vaping.
Smoking is allowed in the courtyard or outside the building; ashtrays are available. Please do not leave lit or extinguished cigarette butts on the ground.
Children of all ages are welcome; however, please pay attention to stairs and possible hazards inside the apartments.
Children aged 3 and over are considered adults for rate purposes.
For children up to 2 years old, a free baby cot/crib can be requested.
Baby cots/cribs are available only upon request and subject to availability.
Availability of baby cots/cribs may vary depending on the type of apartment booked.
Extra beds are not available.
For special needs, please contact us before arrival: we will be happy to help you identify the most suitable solution.
We ask you to leave dishes, pots and utensils clean, not to leave opened perishable food inside the apartment, and to check before leaving that the oven and induction hob are switched off.
Please turn off the lights when you go out.
Please use air conditioning and heating properly, turning them off when you are not in the apartment and closing windows and French doors when using them.
When using the private courtyard (Verde and Rosso apartments), please remember that there are other residents in the surrounding buildings: keep your voice low and remember to turn off the light when you go back inside.
The shared spaces of Etere are designed for relaxation, wellbeing and harmonious coexistence. We ask you to use them with care, respect and attention, leaving them tidy after use.
The iron and drying racks are available to guests and must be returned to their place after use so that everyone can use them.
We ask you to report any damage, breakage or malfunction promptly, so that we can intervene as quickly as possible.
We ask you to sort waste correctly during your stay.
Under the sink there is a bin for organic waste and a bin for non-recyclable waste.
In Florence, waste is divided into five categories: organic waste, paper and cardboard, packaging and plastic/metals, glass, and residual non-recyclable waste. In central areas, disposal generally takes place through street bins or underground collection points. Many collection points open through an electronic system; for this reason, if needed, we will be happy to provide you with all useful instructions for using the service correctly during your stay.

Pets are not allowed.
If you forget something in the apartment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you recover any items found. Any shipping costs will be borne by the guest.
For safety reasons, the use of open flames is not permitted inside the apartments or in shared areas.
The rooms are equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide safety devices, as well as fire extinguishers. We ask you not to tamper with them and to report any anomalies immediately.
Located 500 metres from the centre of Florence, CasaSafer offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a kitchen with toaster, refrigerator and hob. Our recently renovated apartments are 400 metres from Piazza della Signoria and 700 metres from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. With a private entrance, the apartments allow guests to maintain their privacy. Each unit has a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and kitchen utensils. In the residential complex, the units include bed linen and towels. Nearby places of interest include Piazza del Duomo in Florence, the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery. The nearest airport is Florence Airport, 11 km away.
