The apartment is arranged on a single level and consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower, enriched by a small winter garden. The rooms open onto a private outdoor courtyard, which gives the home more breathing space and makes it even more pleasant to live in. The sleeping area features a double bed and an armchair bed for one person, while the living room has a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hob, small oven (no microwave) and utensils. The apartment also includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services. In the shared areas, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, drying rack, iron and luggage storage are also available.

Upon request, it is possible to add a baby cot/crib or a child’s bed and to provide a high chair.
