In pochissimi metri sono concentrati palazzi storici di rara bellezza: la storia di una famiglia fiorentina poco nota.<\/i><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Via de\u2019 Rustici, esempio perfetto di \u201cbasso profilo fiorentino\u201d, custodisce tra le sue pieghe tesori poco noti agli itinerari turistici. Gi\u00e0 detta via de\u2019 Peruzzi, dal nome dei potenti banchieri che vi costruirono i primi palazzi cancellando quasi del tutto le preesistenze altomedievali (di cui resta traccia al civico 1), la strada deve l\u2019attuale nome alla famiglia Rustici, casato dal prestigioso passato ma segnato da una progressiva dispersione politica.<\/p>

Tra gli edifici pi\u00f9 significativi si distingue Casa Mannini al civico 3, segnalata da Bargellini e Guarnieri come \u201cmalamente restaurata\u201d, ma ancora leggibile nella sua struttura originaria tardo-quattrocentesca. L\u2019edificio nacque dalla riunificazione di due case-corti mercantili medievali appartenenti ai Mannini e fu ristrutturato tra la fine del Quattrocento e il secolo successivo; nel Seicento risulta propriet\u00e0 dei Della Vecchia. La facciata conserva finestre ad arco a tutto sesto con cornici in bozze piane martellinate e un\u2019elegante cornice marcapiano.<\/p>

Accanto si susseguono palazzi nobili: il Visconti di Modrone, esempio cinquecentesco; il secondo palazzo Peruzzi, con interventi settecenteschi; il Venerosi-Pesciolini, trasformato nel Settecento; e il cinquecentesco Borgianni. Un tempo, all\u2019angolo con piazza dei Peruzzi, sorgeva anche la Loggia dei Peruzzi.<\/p>

La via fu cara a Marco di Bartolommeo de\u2019 Rustici, orafo e disegnatore delle facciate delle chiese fiorentine, che al ritorno dalla Terrasanta nel 1447 la celebr\u00f2 come un paradiso ritrovato. Diversa la sorte del suo parente Giovan Francesco Rustici che, dopo l\u2019Assedio di Firenze, trov\u00f2 la zona devastata e scelse l\u2019esilio. CasaSafer has its roots in a family history that has been intertwined with Casa Mannini for generations and keeps its memory alive. Located on Via dei Rustici, in the heart of Florence, this building has spanned centuries, preserving within its very structure the traces of time, the transformations it has undergone, and the lives of those who have lived there since the 15th century.<\/p>
